Abstract

This conceptual framework will serve as an inspiration about importance of applying Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) process for environmental protection which is acting in considering it as a comprehensive and systematic planning process, decision-making and management tools designed to identify, analyze and evaluate the environmental effects of proposed projects.
Researches classified EIA according to the intent and of development into: climate impact assessment, demographic impact assessment, development impact assessment, ecological impact assessment, economic and fiscal impact assessment, health impact assessment, risk assessment, social impact assessment, strategic impact assessment and technology assessment.
Climate change is regarded as a development issue because it depletes natural capital supplies and affects poverty relief efforts. Climate change impacts frequently worsen other ecological threats such as ecosystem collapse, biodiversity loss and pollution of water, air and lands.
This work will represent impacts of climate change on projects and the environmental ramifications occurrence for projects` performance as a result of these changes. And will prove through international climate change agreements, EIA could and should play a role in fight against climate change.
